Privacy Notice
Last updated October 2026.
NoticeWorth is in a pilot phase and does not sell services on this website. This notice explains, in plain English, what information we receive and what we do with it.
Who we are
NoticeWorth is a brand name. It is operated by an individual sole proprietor based in Delaware. No separate business entity (such as an LLC or corporation) has been formed yet. If that changes, we will update this notice.
This website
We do not use analytics, advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party marketing scripts. The site sets no cookies. Our hosting and security providers may process standard technical information, such as IP address, request metadata, and network-error information, as needed to operate, secure, and maintain the site. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which handles this information under its own privacy policy. We have not turned on optional Worker request logging for this site.
Fit Check requests (Google Forms)
Fit Check requests are collected through a Google Form provided by Google Workspace. Responses are saved to a Google Sheet in a restricted Google Drive folder that only NoticeWorth can access. The form asks for:
- contact name, company name and business email;
- company website (optional);
- city/state or ZIP and typical work radius;
- company type and primary trade or specialty (optional);
- certification status (for example SDVOSB or VOSB);
- bonding range (optional);
- anything else you choose to add (optional);
- your consent to use the information for the Fit Check, and an optional choice to receive occasional updates.
The form does not require a Google sign-in, does not accept file uploads and is not set to collect your Google account email. Please don't include passwords, bank or card details, Social Security numbers, full tax IDs or confidential proposal material.
If you email us, or when we send your Fit Check results, the messages are handled through Google Workspace (Gmail).
How we use it
To prepare your Fit Check, send you the results and follow up about it. If you opt in, we may also send occasional updates, and you can stop them at any time. To prepare a Fit Check we also look up public records about your company, such as SAM.gov registration, SBA certification status and public federal award data, and we use AI tools to help with the analysis. If you later become a pilot customer, we will use your profile to screen opportunities for you.
Sharing
We don't sell your information or share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (Google Workspace for forms, storage and email; AI tools used for analysis; Cloudflare for hosting), when required by law, or at your direction.
How long we keep it
If you don't become a customer, we keep your Fit Check request, results and related emails for up to 12 months after our last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is required by law. We review stored responses monthly and delete those past that period.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@noticeworth.com. We'll confirm when it's done, except for anything we're legally required to keep.
Changes
We'll update this notice before we offer paid services or change how we handle information, and the date above will change.
